Healthy Protien Pancakes - Chocolate and Vanilla



Healthy Chocolate Protein Pancakes – for 4 servings

Ingredients:
Banana 2
Eggs 2
Porridge oats 25g
Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder 25g
Dark Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Dark Chocolate Chips 50g
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Preparation
1)      Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in eggs until well combined, then mix in the rest of the ingredients
2)      Heat a frying pan to medium and add in a scoop of the pancake batter. Smooth out to form an even layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes unti you start to see bubble releasing from the top of the batter. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown for around 1 -2 minutes
3)      When ready add honey and strawberries for extra flavour, or whatever other toppings you'd prefer.



Healthy Vanilla Protein pancakes for 4 servings

Ingredients:
Banana 2
Vanilla protein powder 40g
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 baking powder  
Preparation:
1)      Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in eggs until well combined, then mix in the rest of the ingredients
2)      Heat a frying pan to medium and add in a scoop of the pancake batter. Smooth out to form an even layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until you start to see bubble releasing from the top of the batter. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown for around 1 -2 minutes
3)      When ready add low fat Greek yoghurt banana and blueberries or whatever toppings of your choosing
